Accounts and Admin Executive

Candidate should be
- Responsible for Full Set accounting. (AP, AR & GL) (using Xero system).
- Corporate Tax computations.
- Handle and maintain a spectrum of accounting functions using XERO.
- Monthly Payroll, CPF submission, and staff claims.
- Follow-up customer outstanding.
- Cashflow management and to perform bank statement reconciliation.
- Perform accurate data entry to the account system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
- In charge of stock inventories and resolve if there any discrepancies.
- Perform month-end closing for the financial report within the timeline.
Requirements:
A certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
At least 1 or two years of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
