The role
Admin and Team Coordinator
- Schedule internal and external meetings (in person and virtual)
- Manage and order office supplies
- Make travel arrangements for team
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Update office policies as needed
Finance
- Issue invoices to clients
- Manage petty cash and reimbursements for staff
- Coordinate with the firms external finance vendor
- Issue payslip to overseas contractors
Skills
Basic ability to use Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft office etc
Experience in Admin
Some basic Finance knowledge is an advantage
