Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving results in the education sector. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and optimize online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media channels, blogs, and email newsletters. Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content to targeted audiences.

SEO and SEM Management

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.

Social Media Management

  • Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and develop strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand advocacy. Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategy.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and engage with current and prospective students. Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize email campaigns and track performance metrics.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and email open rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, academic departments, and IT, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide support for marketing events, promotions, and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
