Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the merchandiser for both the Singapore and United Kingdom markets, managing and executing all merchandising responsibilities.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Singapore and UK market)


Business Development -

• Develop sales strategy aligned with short- and long-term goals, with measurable metrices.

• Establish and drive commercial priorities of key products.

• Assist with pre-season planning.

• Plan product launches together with the team and work with relevant departments to develop launch campaigns.


Relationship Management -

•Liaise with B2B customers and other operational functions on a day-to-day basis to resolve issues or to facilitate clients.

•Maintain effective relationship with B2B customers through regular communication.


Stock & Delivery Management -

• Analyse sales and take necessary actions to drive net selling in a cost-efficient way.

• Support team and stakeholders in understanding stock levels and selling performance.

• Plan, analyse and forecast stock levels.

• Validate the accuracy of incoming stock against invoices or purchase orders.

• Collaborate with dispatchers and third-party logistics to ensure prompt delivery of stock to consignment stores, pop-up shops, and exhibitions.

• Work closely with production and factory teams to manage order lead times, address daily issues, and track shipments for timely order fulfillment.

• Perform stock counts regularly, and before and after external events ensuring alignment between actual stock and in the system.

• Plan warehouse layout and structure, if necessary.

• Set up barcodes and SKU numbers, if necessary.


Supply Chain Management -

•Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actional insights from data, including, but not limited to sales forecasts and trends.

•Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.

•Provide frequent and structured feedback about the commercial plans on prices quantities, sales forecasts, assortment width, size curve etc.


E-Commerce Content Management -

•Launch new products on the Rawbought online platforms/ Inventory Management system.

•Work with relevant teams to plan and organise photoshoot of products.


Other Ad-hoc Duties

• Be part of the rotation to pick and pack customers’ orders on a weekly basis.

• Liaise with delivery partners for any delivery and collection matters.

• Assist in the set-up of event pop-ups.

• Participate and promote our products during events.

• Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and media events.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Educational Background

•Diploma in supply chain management, logistics preferred, but not necessary.


Experience

•Between 3 to 5 years of sales or merchandising experience in fashion apparel/ manufacturing field.

• Overseas merchandising experience is a plus, but not necessary.

• Previous experience working in an in-house merchandising role, controlling, or other similar role in the eCommerce field.

•Singapore and UK market knowledge in customer expectations, retail/ fashion industry and competitors.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Self-starter and motivated, ability to learn and adapt quickly, not afraid to take initiative

• Organised, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders and peers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong physical endurance and strength.
