**Job Title: Claims Executive**

**Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team in Singapore, North region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in documentation management, customer service, multitasking, communication, Microsoft Office, computer skills, critical thinking, cash handling, relationship building, and project management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Maintain detailed documentation and records of claims processes.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to organize and analyze claim data.
5. Demonstrate critical thinking skills to assess and resolve complex claims situations.
6. Handle cash transactions and ensure proper handling of financial aspects related to claims.
7. Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
8. Oversee claim-related projects and ensure timely completion within set parameters.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 3-5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
2. Proficient in documentation management and maintaining accurate records.
3. Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
