We are looking for a Temporary Assistant in the HR Department to support in recruitment operations to fulfil SP’s manpower needs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews, including liaising with candidates and interviewers.
- Provide general administrative support such as academic qualification verifications, character reference checks, posting of job ads etc.
- Assist with the filing of personal documents.
- Involve and support in the review of recruitment process.
- Any other duties assigned by the department
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Working Hours:
Mon - Thur: 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
