Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries through emails / over the phone / online system / over the counter
  • Record customer request in customers' accounts
  • Telemarket our product and services to current and new customers
  • Update job knowledge by participating in various training opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Speak Good English & Mandarin
  • Preferably 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to attend IT training sessions to learn updates of company software
  • Familiar with Social Media
  • Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin (in order to responds to Chinese speaking customer enquiries through emails and online system.)
  • Candidates with Chinese and Mandarin proficiency are advantageous (as candidates need to liaise and handle Chinese speaking old-folks)
  • Must work on rotating shift & weekends/ Public Holidays ( 5 days work week)
  • Must work on Chinese new Year period (初一 初二) - Compensate by Public Holidays Leave
  • Customer - oriented
  • Work in Singapore
