Global Angle Pte. Ltd. is a rapidly growing market research start-up company that offers companies world-wide connection to build new knowledge and make informed decisions through a team of expertise. We are presently sourcing for Project Operations Executive (Japanese-Speaking) to join us.


About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Operations Executive with 2 years of experience in operational roles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires a high level of adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights and solutions for clients.


Responsibilities:

•Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

•Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and expert networks to align project deliverables.

•Identify, engage, and onboard subject matter experts to support project requirements while managing relationships to ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.

•Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided by experts.

•Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.

•Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure seamless execution.

•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.

•Coordinate with expert networks and local partners to secure subject matter experts and ensure their alignment with project goals.


Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree of any specialisation.

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project operations role within market research or an expert network firm is welcome to apply.

•Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Business Japanese is preferred due to stakeholders’ management.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
