Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join us. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance and has a solid foundation in cash management, accounting, and tax. The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires in-depth collaboration with the finance team in China to jointly complete financial tasks and operations below:

1. Cash Management:

o Assist in managing cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

o Help in the reconciliation of bank accounts and cash balances.

o Support in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and reports.

2. Accounting:

o Support the accounting team in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.

o Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting tasks.

o Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with accounting principles.

3. Tax:

o Help in the collection and organization of tax-related documents.

o Assist in the preparation of tax computations and schedules.

o Support the tax team in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

o Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and analysis for internal use.

o Support the budgeting and forecasting process under the guidance of senior team members.

5. Internal Controls:

o Assist in the maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting.

o Participate in the review and testing of internal controls.

6. General Finance Support:

o Provide support in various ad hoc financial projects as required.

o Assist with the filing and organization of financial documents.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor/Diploma 's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards and tax regulations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
