Roles & Responsibilities

Permanent Admin (x2) – Finance

Location: Collyer Quay
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (arrival by 8:45 AM, leave around 6:30 PM)
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site (strictly no work-from-home)

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a PA to Financial Advisors (FAs) is a must.
  • Must have supported full-time Financial Advisors before.
  • Minimum qualification: O Levels
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Premium Notice & Renewal: Ensure clients’ premiums are paid, and policies are renewed on time.
  2. Claims Follow-up: Liaise with insurers, hospitals, and clinics regarding claims.
  3. Client Servicing: Maintain client birthday listings and provide personalized services.
  4. Paperwork Management: Handle insurance and investment submission-related documents.
  5. Document Preparation: Prepare investment and insurance documents for client reviews.
  6. CKA Updates: Update Customer Knowledge Assessment via insurer portals.
  7. Client Queries: Handle calls and assist clients with queries by liaising with superiors or insurers.
  8. Expense Tracking: Update and manage monthly expenses.
  9. Document Mailing: Manage document dispatch and mailing processes.
  10. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
