KeyResponsibilities:

PreventiveMaintenance Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate Preventive Planned Maintenance(PPM) for various systems.
  • Coordinate andoversee ad hoc repairs asneeded.

VendorManagement:
  • Supportclient to review vendors performance and address issues.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company policies andprocedures.

LandlordCoordination:
  • Liaisewith landlords regarding building services such as AnnualShutdown.
  • Ensure effective communicationbetween the company and propertymanagement.

Admin andReporting:
  • Prepare andsubmit utilities reports.
  • Compile and submitvarious FM-related reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activitiesand inspections.
  • Assist to raise PurchaseOrder and process invoices whenrequired.

HelpdeskManagement:
  • Overseethe facilities helpdesk operations.
  • Ensuretimely response and resolution to facility-related inquiries andissues.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks toappropriate team members orvendors.

Meeting Roomand Event Support:
  • Coordinate meeting room and event setupservices.
  • Ensure rooms are properly equippedand prepared for variousfunctions.

PantryManagement:
  • Overseepantry operations and maintenance.
  • Ensurepantry areas are well-stocked, clean, andfunctional.

MailroomOperations:
  • Supportmail sending and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accuratedistribution.
  • Oversee and maintain mailroomconsumables inventory.
