Roles & Responsibilities

Job Detail

  • 8.30am to 6.30pm
  • 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Nearest MRT: City Hall
  • Gross up to $2680
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract + Completion Bonus*

Job Scope

  • Provide good customer service and engage visitors
  • Manage Ticketing counter and POS system sales transactions
  • In-charged of opening and closing of the museum
  • Ensure artwork safety at your station
  • Adhered to gallery etiquettes at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisory team

Requirements

  • Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
  • Leadership experience is a plus point
  • Service-oriented and customer centricity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Able to stand and walk long hours
  • Comfortable interacting with kids
