Roles & Responsibilities

CLINIC ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF


Job Responsibilities


• Assisting medical professionals in clinic's daily operations

• Attend to daily patients, phone calls and emails

• Appointment booking for patients

• Handle patient's registration and data entry

• Collection of payment

• Preparing blood test and radiology forms

• Dispensing of medications and stock takes

• Administrative work - insurance claims, tracking of payments etc

• Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor


Job Requirement


• GCE O level & above

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable

• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

• Comfortable communicating with patients

• Service oriented with good public relations and communication skills

• Fast worker, able to multitask

• Passionate to learn continuously

• Responsible, independent and organised

• Team player

• Working day- 5.5days per week, Mon-Fri (9AM-5PM) Sat (9AM-1PM)

• Working location : Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard)
