Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle OEM to support IT operation needs.
  • Support extracting and/or loading data.
  • Authenticating data, Preserving data integrity.
  • Identify database performance issues, such as slow queries, inefficient indexing, or resource contention.
  • Implement and maintain database monitoring tools to proactively identify issues.
  • Develops and maintains Oracle OEM design documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Oracle Database Specialty certifications.
  • Expert hands-on experience on Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c.
  • 4-7 years of experience performing Database administration or database engineering duties for database internals and you have experience supporting a minimum of 2 of these database platforms: Oracle, MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2.
  • Capability to both lead and follow, while being a key member of a positive work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of the cloud computing model as it relates to enterprise productivity.
