As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Lead to elevate our user experience and interface design across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on user interfaces.
  • Establish and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency and cohesiveness across all digital products. Drive the evolution of the design system to adapt to changing requirements and industry trends.
  • Build user flow charts, storyboards, wire frames, and related elements in product planning
  • Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design practice at Eigen Energy.

Requirement

  • Diploma, degree in the field of digital design, user experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
  • Showcase design or art works that you have done whether it is for personal, study or work.
  • Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
  • Experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is a plus.
