What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of your work – from development to deployment in production and beyond. Your responsibility doesn't end when the code is merged; you will monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations in production.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET (C#), Entity Framework, MSSQL, and Cosmos DB.
  • Work with Azure Services such as Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid, integrating cloud-based solutions.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, ensuring efficient build & release processes.
  • Ensure code quality with a strong focus on unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and SonarQube analysis.
  • Own production issues – there is no separate support engineer, so if something goes wrong, you will diagnose and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  • Navigate unclear requirements by asking the right questions and identifying what needs to be built, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#).
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework, MSSQL, and Cosmos DB.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including build & release pipelines.
  • Experience working with Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, code coverage, and best practices for test automation.
  • Experience using SonarQube or similar tools for code quality and security analysis.
  • Ability to take full responsibility from development to deployment and actively monitor production systems.
  • Proactive mindset – when something is unclear, you ask the right questions instead of waiting for perfect requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, as there is no dedicated support team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
