Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the essence of Pearly Lustre and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Achieve personal sales targets through a dedication to providing top-notch service and expertise in our products.
  • Handle cashiering duties and conduct seamless payment transactions.
  • Maintain visually stunning merchandising displays to captivate our customers.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support retail operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for high-end fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours:10am-7pm or 1pm to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays, in alignment with retail hours.
