Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing essential support to ensure smooth business functions. This role involves coordinating schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and assisting management with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Appointment Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
  • Document & Data Management: Maintain organised filing systems, handle data entry, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Communication: Manage incoming emails and phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, arrange for maintenance, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments.
  • Financial Support: Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and processing invoices as needed.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external events, including setting up meeting logistics and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
