Job Scope:
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee's records for accurate reporting
- Well versed in payroll function to ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner
- To assist with manpower planning recruitment from job posting, selection, arranging interview and new staff orientation.
- Responsible for leave management, medical record
- Assist and manage company insurance function eg updates, renewal and claims
- Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to payroll
- Plan and organise staff engagement/team building activities
- Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (application, renewal, cancellation etc)
- Processing and submission of yearly IR8E and IR21 for staff in a timely manager
- Follow latest government regulation, fundings and implement if necessary
- Office/site equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act and HR-related regulations.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Human Resources functions in medical industry is an added advantage.
- Meticulous, well organized, and conscientious.
- Familiar with Talenox System will be an added advantage.
