Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:


  • Develop and manage of identity and access grants to give access to the company’s equipment, users and data.
  • Review the procedures, technology and policies that are in place to better manage and enhance privileged access.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes including security and authorization setup and user documentation.
  • Manage the security system, information and other areas protected by IAM.
  • Provide support and execute a program that is designed to enhance, standardize and streamline information security process and governance practices.
  • Ensure that sensitive data, systems, information and departmental locations have the right amount of protection and access.
  • Ensure Identity Systems and Services deliver positive user experience, meet business objectives, and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Provide ongoing support in the identification of business requirements and detailed design reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 8 years of IAM, IGA, PAM related experience.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Experience in managing Directory Services including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft ADLDS.
