About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals – full-stack contributors with a proven history of consistently delivering solutions with strong and positive client outcomes, to join Singapore's largest pool of geospatial solution experts.

Augment your current skills with the training provided on Esri's world-leading ArcGIS technology platform. You will build knowledge and expertise in the fast-growing field of enterprise geospatial technology, while delivering high-value, high-impact, and cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a Application Maintenance environment and adhere to processes and perform Incident, Release, Change Management.
  • Apply critical thinking and geospatial analysis to identify and troubleshoot the application or software issues and provide resolution of incident within the stipulated SLA.
  • Updating and preparing manuals, specification and other technical documentations in relation to the day-to-day operation.
  • Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
  • Monitor and manage bug fixes and service request.
  • Stake holder for the Change Management Board (CAB)
  • Ability to identify and segregate between a service request and change request.
  • Providing domain knowledge to the project team on potential Change Request
  • Taking over from Project team for any new CR for Day 2 operation
  • Develop a methodology to improve the quality of system and application design by identifying design issues which will result in system inefficiencies, performance issues or technical debt

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BA in computer science, information technology engineering, mathematics, GIS, or a related field
  • Strong passion for detailed, innovative, and empathic design, supported by a well-rounded design background (interaction, UI, visual, and motion design)
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and explain design decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with frequent releases and tight schedules
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.)
  • Minimally 3 years hands-on experience with enterprise software solution stacks and technologies with a strong knowledge in at least one of the following:

1. Full-stack development: .NET, Python

2. Web technologies and framework: JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, PHP

3. Native mobile application development experience with iOS and Android

RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle

4. ArcGIS or other GIS software technology
