Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic and repair Apple products
  • Attend and follow up on customer queries, requests and feedback effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure parts are ordered and returned in a timely manner
  • Compliance with workplace safety and security
  • Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent with 1 year customer and support experience preferred
  • Relevant experience in repair of notebooks/desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred
  • Class 3 motor car driving license preferred
  • Familiar with Apple products and macOS, iOS, iPadOS
  • Proficiency in English for clear communication
  • Ability to assess customers’ support needs, provide solutions or refer them to other team members
  • Flexibility to rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets
  • Ability to thrive on change as products evolve
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting differences and having the curiosity to learn
  • You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
  • You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
