Job responsibilities:

  • Receive guests friendly and professionally
  • Manage all queries in promptly and professionally manner
  • Maintain good rapport and nurture the relationship to increase loyalty with guests
  • Assist in any reservations, group and/or event booking
  • Work closely with daily operational staff to maximize seating capacity and ensure smooth operations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced working environment
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • 2-3 years of working experiences in F&B industry will be advantage.
