Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Tasked with leading the technical team and establishing and enhancing drafting standards for the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the lead project technical officer for both ongoing and new projects.
  2. Oversee documentation, tendering processes, and submissions to authorities.
  3. Manage updates to construction phase drawings and BIM models.
  4. Ensure project completion and closure, including TOP, CSC, authority submissions, site inspections, and as-built documentation.
  5. Supervise personnel and handle organizational functions efficiently.
  6. Conduct independent site inspections and engage with authorities as required.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  2. Certification from BCA's BIM modeling course or its equivalent.
  3. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, or a related field.
  4. Proficient in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
  5. Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
  7. Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work delivery.
