Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
  • Evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
  • Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
  • Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
  • Carry out contract administration duties.
  • Able to assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • To involve, support and assist other aspects of operational needs when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Willing to commit 5.5days work week
  • At least 8 Year(s) of Local Construction working experience
