Get to Know theRole

We're looking for a LeadProduct Manager to join our Technical Infrastructure team,specifically focusing on Data Platforms. In this role, you'llcollaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and productteams to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop impactfulsolutions. Data is crucial for high-quality, reliabledecision-making & business-operations at Grab, and a necessarypre-requisite for any ML/AI applications. You'll work withcross-functional leaders across the company to driveorganization-wide changes.

You will report tothe Head of Product, Data Tech, and be based onsite at Grab'sOneNorth Office in Singapore.

TheCritical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Define and execute the productstrategy for one or more data platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to identify opportunities for improvement anddevelop tailored solutions.
  • Gather requirements, conduct user research,and prioritise the product backlog ensuring the teamfocuses on high-impact projects.
  • Establish strong relationships withinternal stakeholders and deeply understand theirneeds and challenges.
  • Drive theadoption and onboarding of internal tools and dataplatforms, ensuring user engagement and success.
  • Oversee product launches and go-to-marketactivities for internal tools and dataplatforms.
  • Communicate with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuringthe team's work is well-understood andwell-supported.


WhatEssential Skills You Will Need
  • Product Management: 6+ yearsof experience, with at least 3 years in managing internal tools ordata platforms.
  • SoftwareDevelopment Practices: Strong understanding ofmodern development practices and tools.
  • Analytical andProblem-Solving: Proficient in data-drivendecision-making.
  • StakeholderCommunication: Ability to effectively communicatewith both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Discussions:Comfortable engaging in high-level technical discussions andexplaining topics to a non-technical audience.
  • User Research and RequirementsGathering: Skill in gathering requirements andconducting user research.
  • Project Execution:Experience in prioritizing backlogs to deliver high-impactprojects.
