Strategic Investment Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:


1、Develop investment targets, conduct investment evaluation and analysis on the targets, and give investment recommendations；


2、Lead due diligence, and develop investment memos backed by research and analysis；


3、Assist supervisor in business negotiations；


4、Maintain close communication with potential investment targets, business partners, and various stakeholders in the investment process to establish relationship and trust；


5、Take charge of post investment management, including tracking financial, operational metrics, monitoring developments of portfolio companies, and other value-add activities；


6、Assist supervisor in formulating and optimizing investment strategies。


Requirement:


1、Postgraduate degree in finance or related fields；


2、Over two years of work experience, familiar with regulations and processes in the investment industry；


3、Able to independently conduct deal evaluation, due diligence, and create investment memos；


4、Passionate about gaming industry, with some understanding of games and have some game appreciation abilities；


5、Align with company culture and values；


6、Strong communication skills；


7、English proficiency required, basic proficiency in Chinese preferred.
