Roles & Responsibilities

  • Location: Both east & west
  • 5 days work week
  • Basic + allowances up to $6k+

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve airfreight revenue targets.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the airfreight market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and carriers.
  • Provide customized airfreight solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor market trends to identify competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong network and knowledge of the airfreight market.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
