Roles & Responsibilities

To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Finance Executive (Account Payable)


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all accounting reports are accurate and to complete in accordance with local accepted accounting practices and tax requirements as well as corporate policies
  • Ensure account payables are captured and payment executed on timely manner
  • Ensure all accounting entries/ adjustments to be captured timely and accurately
  • Ensure monthly submission of management reports by providing analysis of variances
  • Assist in accounting activities and preparation of year-end audit activities
  • Assist in financial process review and re-engineering, and systems implementation
  • Maintain files and documentation (via sharedpoint) thoroughly and accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy / Business / Economic disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions
  • Proficiency in Office application (Excel, Power point)
  • Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent, team player and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Have initiative and can work independently
  • Knowledge on SAP/ERP system will be an advantage
  • Candidate without the relevant experience are encouraged to apply as Officer level.
