We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a 100% hunter, you will prospect, connect, and close deals with new clients, creating opportunities that drive our growth. This role offers autonomy and challenges, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment. You’ll use your sales acumen to build relationships, recommend tailored solutions, and make an impact on our business success.
Roles & Responsibilities- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling and social outreach.
- Sales targets, managing and achieving monthly growth goals.
- Identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless sales processes and results.
- At least 1 year of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
- Proficiency in understanding the Accounts Receivable Cycle.
- Highly motivated and resilient with a “hunter” mindset.
- Able to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Location: Aljunied
- Compensation: Up to $3,000 basic + $200 transport allowance + monthly commission (potential to exceed $4,000).
- Working Days/Hours:Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
