Application Production Support

Smart IMS Company is an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing and Talent-Sourcing company. We provide customized IT Consulting Solutions, Project Management, IT resourcing and on/offshore Application Development Services across the Asia Pacific region.

We are currently looking for a Application Production Support to support and maintain the production environment to ensure availability of critical services for daily operations of business.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for Equity Derivatives and Delta1 Trading.

- Partner with the global support teams, infrastructure and development teams to ensure quality support to our end users.

- Report & escalate incidents to the appropriate chain of command with focus on business and technology communications to end users and senior management.

- Work with BCP coordinators to perform disaster recovery exercises and assist with audits.

- Carry out post incident review with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

- Understanding in FIX protocol

- Solid background in UNIX

- Scripting knowledge is a plus

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront

- Working hours: Regular working hours

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.

- Start off as a 9-months contract with 2 months' notice period.
