Workplace Safety & Health Manager (WSHE) (A1 Main Contractor)

Job Description:

  • To lead and mentor a team of EHS personnel to ensure the company’s EHS strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets;
  • Has good knowledge to develop/review, implement and maintain Safety Management Systems, to document WSH records and matters;
  • Be responsible to drive programs and campaigns, posters;
  • To provide advice and guidance in the aspect of EHS to projects;
  • To plan, coordinate and conduct safety audits, EHS inspection and training;
  • To achieve and manage all EHS KPIs and standards, ensure compliance with all authorities including MOM’s EHS statutory regulations, legal and other requirements;
  • To monitor and evaluate the company’s overall EHS performance to identify potential risks and optimize incident occurrence;
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore);
  • Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Act and Environment);
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry;
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills;
