Roles & Responsibilities

Temporary ICT Assistant - Education Sector

Duration: 8 - 10 weeks to start in June 2024

Salary: $12.00 per hour

5 days work week

Mon-Fri

Location: Yishun


Job Scope:

· Provide basic troubleshooting for MacOS and iOS-related issues

· Help manage the physical ICT inventory, e.g., devices, switches, LEDs/TVs, etc -Collect, count, wipe (data removal), and physically clean the inventory

· Update software and apply software patches

· Collect, organize, and format data from multiple data sources, e.g., CSV files, PDFs,Google Sheets, etc., for upload to our databases and systems

· Re-deploy devices to class remotes and remote locations

· Assist with e-waste management for the disposal of retired devices

· Performs other duties as required
