Responsibilities:

  • Attend to call-in or walk-in customers’ on their enquiries on funeral arrangements, products and services and follow-ups.
  • Able to explain religious rituals and rites for different dialects.
  • Able to work as a team player with other colleagues
  • Able to handle online bookings with government authorities
  • Able to handle customers with sentiment.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.

Requirements:

  • Must have full working rights in Singapore
  • ‘N’ Level and above
  • Good command of English & Mandarin (read, write & speak to handle Chinese speaking clients)
  • Pleasant personality, customer oriented and self-motivated
  • Valid class 3 driving, is an advantage
  • Min 1-2 years in service industry (preferably in funeral profession)
  • Able to work on rotation shifts and weekends/ Public Holidays
