Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles

-Source candidates through online channels

-Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit

-Manage job postings and ensure they are current and optimized

-Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

-Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

-Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
