Role: Fullstack Software Engineer

Duration: Permanent

Location; Beach Road


Your role:


Software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You have skills and the ability to manage client projects and build or be part of a high performing engineering team. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive fullstack development
  • Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Understand DevOps workflows
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure high performance, scalable and reliable designs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Responsibilities:


We are looking an individual with the following qualifications :

  • Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
  • Experience in developing native cloud applications.
  • ability to quickly adapt to various software environments and solutions.
  • Proficiency in working with AI tools (Copilot, Phind etc...) to enhance delivery capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
  • Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior). Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP for backend development.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

  • Solution Architecture
  • Cloud Computing Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc...)
  • Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, etc...)
  • Native Mobile Development (iOS, Android)
  • Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native)
