Job Description

· Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions(GL&FA&AR&AP)

· Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing

· Prepare journal entries, balance sheet & bank reconciliations and analysis

· Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow and annual budget reports

· Handle tax matters which would include the quarterly GST filing as well as corporate tax

· Liaising with corporate secretary, tax agents and auditors

· Maintain full set of accounts for a group of companies

· Assist in any other works as may be assigned


Job Requirement

· Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent

· At least 5 years of working experiences in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing

· Experiences in F&B industry is a Must

· Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills

· Team player with good communication and multi-tasking skills

· Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with operations and communicate effectively
