Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Near Jurong East MRT

Salary: $2,800 - $3,200


Responsibilities:

  • Report to Service Supervisor.
  • Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer and support requests to field engineers.
  • Maintain documents and the database.
  • Produce routine system reports and provide information to field staff using Excel.
  • Use various software to handle customer and field requests.
  • Enter orders for service parts required by field service engineers.
  • Complete assigned tasks such as invoicing and generating reports.

Requirements:

  • Efficiently handle customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Learn product details and technical terminology.
  • Assess and address customer issues, including escalation when necessary.
  • Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Perform data entry while assisting customers and field engineers.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
