Roles & Responsibilities

Scrum Master

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile best practices and foster a high-performing development team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at coaching teams, facilitating Scrum events, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events – Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments – Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure team productivity.
• Monitor and Track Progress – Ensure sprint goals and project timelines are met.
• Enhance Collaboration – Work closely with the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to align on objectives.
• Coach and Guide Teams – Mentor the development team on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Product Quality – Support end-to-end product delivery, release, and change management.
• Backlog Management – Assist in product backlog refinement and sprint backlog prioritization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps and create action plans for enhanced team performance.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Agile Frameworks: Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Theory of Constraints, Change Management.
• Agile Practices & Tools: Story writing & splitting, Retrospective techniques, Estimation & Forecasting, Dependency identification & mitigation.
• Soft Skills: Coaching, feedback, communication, and training techniques.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (SG Time).
