RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily operation and upkeep of the Waste Water Treatment system and utilities in a smooth and safe manner
  • Assist in cultivating biological sludge for the wastewater treatment process.
  • Carry out periodic testing of the acid, salient and other chemical contents of the wastewater system
  • Assist in operations of other machinery and equipment such as boilers, pumps, motors etc.
  • Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP.
  • Assist in the annual clean-up of the water tanks and systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work area, upkeeps equipment and assists in maintenance program and operating of machinery and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification of "O Level" or equivalent, or NITEC in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Wastewater Treatment processes.
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Knowledgeable about ESH regulations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Practical, with the ability to multitask.
