Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

As a Journey Consultant at Biohackk, your primary responsibility is to guide prospects through their initial health journey phase. This involves conducting body composition analyses and providing personalized consultations to help prospects understand their current health status and the benefits of Biohackk's programs. Once a prospect becomes a client, their journey will transition to another team for ongoing support and management. Your role is crucial in converting prospects into clients by demonstrating the value of our programs and ensuring they are well-informed and motivated to begin their health transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily Expectation:Engage with prospects through at least 30 unique, two-way engagement points daily, focusing on calls and meaningful follow-ups. Text messaging alone is not considered a valid connection point.
    Ensure conversations are purposeful and focused on progressing prospects toward signing up for a program.
    Submit end-of-day report summarizing connections made, actions taken, and outcomes achieved.
  2. Leads Hunting, Nurturing & Follow-UpHunting: Proactively identify and generate new lead opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
    Nurturing: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, providing continuous value through education, check-ins, and personalized health insights.
    Follow-Up till Closure: Maintain consistent communication with leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and guiding them effectively toward their decision-making process.
  3. Pipeline ManagementCRM Tracking: Use CRM tools to document all lead interactions, ensuring each lead progresses efficiently through the sales funnel.
    Performance Monitoring: Analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies to optimize prospect-to-client journeys.
    Proactive Engagement: Continuously evaluate the health of your pipeline to ensure it remains robust, maintaining consistent momentum toward achieving sales goals.
  4. Body Composition & Health Analysis ReportConduct Assessments: Perform thorough body composition analyses using diagnostic tools to evaluate health metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, and metabolic rate.
    Explain Results: Clearly interpret and communicate analysis findings to prospects, helping them understand their health status and how Biohackk’s programs can address their unique needs and goals.
    Build Reports: Create detailed and accurate Body Composition and Health Analysis reports for each client during consultations, ensuring all relevant health data is captured.
  5. Journey ConsultationPersonalized Consultations: Conduct end-to-end, one-on-one consultations with prospects. This includes making calls to leads, setting appointments, and delivering a complete consultation experience.
    Demo Process: Execute an engaging demo process for invited prospects, which includes a Body Composition Analysis, a comprehensive health assessment, and a structured presentation (PPT) of Biohackk’s solutions.
    Goal Setting: Collaborate with prospects to establish clear, actionable health goals based on their analysis results and desired outcomes.
    Program Recommendations and Closing: Recommend tailored programs that align with prospects’ health needs. Take full ownership of driving interest, addressing objections, and closing deals to transition prospects into committed clients.
  6. Client Conversion, Education & Value PropositionEducate: Deliver a clear, compelling explanation of Biohackk’s proprietary approach, world-class treatments, and the purpose behind our programs.
    Demonstrate Value: Articulate the transformative benefits of Biohackk’s solutions, aligning them with each prospect’s specific health goals and challenges.
    Show Personalized Value: Highlight how Biohackk’s offerings are uniquely tailored to their journey, presenting a strong value proposition that builds trust and resonates deeply.
    Inspire Action: Position Biohackk as the best solution for their health transformation, fostering trust, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to commit.
    Rise Above Objections: Empathetically address concerns and questions, providing clarity and reassurance to overcome hesitation.
    Maintain Connection: Engage prospects consistently until they sign up, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decision to embark on their Biohackk journey.
  7. Documentation with Excellent HandoffRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all consultations, Body Composition Analyses, and prospect interactions.
    Excellent Handoff: Provide comprehensive notes and insights to the Client Journey team, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients and continuity in their experience.
    Data Privacy: Strictly adhere to data privacy regulations and Biohackk’s confidentiality standards to protect prospect and client information.
