Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Event Sales (Entry Level).


In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, fostering professional development, and building strong, cohesive teams. This position combines sales, marketing, mentorship, and leadership to create a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.


Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Track sales performance and continuously seek opportunities for growth


Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.


Personal Development:

  • Continuously develop your sales and leadership skills through training and hands-on experience.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to stay ahead in your field.
  • Set personal and professional goals to achieve consistent growth.


Training & Mentorship:

  • Guide and mentor new team members, providing them with the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Conduct training sessions and share best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the role.
