Roles & Responsibilities

Description

  • Conceptualise content for TV and digital platforms
  • Conduct research and write programme proposals for single, serial dramas, info-educational and entertainment programmes for the Malay productions
  • Write content scripts for various genres: dramas, children’s, info-ed, entertainment, as assigned; as well as scripts for interstitials, trailers and digital stories uploads
  • Prepare concept submissions for pitching and management presentations
  • Produce generic and episodic storylines

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Media, Communication, Creative Writing or equivalent
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Writing & scripting experience is a plus
  • Strong interest in television and media
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Malay for business purpose
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as public
