Roles & Responsibilities

Descriptions:


· 1-3 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer.

· Freshly graduated lawyers will also be considered.


Requirements:


· Qualified to practice law in Singapore.

· Provide legal advice and support.

· Prior experience or coursework in civil litigation preferred but not required.

· Strong research, writing and analytical skills and advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

· Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.

· Highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous individual.

· Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skill.

· A strong sense of responsibility.

· Meticulous and well organised.

· Independently, multi-task efficiently, ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
