Draftman Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Draftsman – Mechanical /Electrical / Process with self-motivated attitude. You will be working with our engineering teams to create a variety of technical drawings. We foster a positive and encouraging work atmosphere, project management.

Responsibilities

• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems
• Communicating with customers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices
• Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary.
• Using CAD software and modeling tools to create rough sketches as well as detailed drawings
• Submitting the drafts to the Engineering team for review
• Making changes to the technical drawings and drafts based on the feedback provided by the Engineers and Architects
• Revise and update drawings as necessary based on project changes or modifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and CADWorx. Excellent technical communication skills with engineers
• Ability to work independently within strict deadlines and collaboratively
