Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of IT infrastructure products and services, coupled with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the technology sector. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' IT needs and challenges to recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems, and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts.
  5. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and technical support to drive sales initiatives and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  8. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • ITE, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A proven track record in selling in any direct or related industry
  • A good understanding of IT products, services, and solutions will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
