Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant with extensive of experience in Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management and Triple A+. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain and technical skills to drive product excellence and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager solutions for clients.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in Wealth Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager with existing client systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including requirements, design, and testing.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use the implemented solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the implemented solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wealth Management and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.


Requirements

  • Possess extensive experience in implementing and customizing Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Wealth Management principles and practices.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client requirements.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in a hybrid work model.
  • Show ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Possess a strong technical background with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.


Certifications Required

  • Certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager is mandatory.
