Job Description

  • To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
  • Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
  • Prepare MOS & RA for project execution.
  • To work closely with suppliers, sub and main contractors and project owners to meet the project schedule efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to understand electrical drawings, specifications and requirements in the electrical & PV/EV sector.
  • To monitor and supervised the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
  • Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instructions accordingly.
  • Understand and ensure full compliance in project as well as safety requirements and scope of work.
  • Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Project Manager which is necessary for the execution of the project

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in construction / PV and EV industry.
  • Possession of BCSS is mandatory.
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving licence.
  • Possession of other related certifications such as work-at-height, lifting supervisor, safety supervisor is a plus.
  • Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A hands on approach in problem solving is necessary.
  • Able to work on weekends and after office hours (night works) when requested to supervise lifting and hoisting works as well as for turn on/shut down operations.
  • Able to lead the team of suppliers, sub-contractors and all other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and safety compliance at all times.
