Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a positive & helpful attitude
  • Assist patients with their dental appointments
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the patients
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Handling patients' insurance claims
  • Handling transactions
  • Performing administrative duties
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Customer orientated, teamplayer & responsible
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Fluent in English
