The Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily onsite request , ensuring onsite request being responded and scheduled.
  • Diagnose errors to technical problems reported by customers via calls and determine proper solution (Part Ordering / Repair / Testing).
  • Manage and monitor in-house RMA cases, ensuring cases are assigned and being follow up.
  • Handle technical escalations, providing the technical team with necessary information and testing results for resolution.
  • To log / keep proper memo and follow up.
  • To analysis weekly onsite KPI findings and provide action plan.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
  • Cooperate with team leader and members and share information across the team.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow all Company's filed procedures and protocols.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical knowledge/background in Computer is a must.
  • Able to work alternate 5.5 days per week in a service-center environment.
